Dzieje diecezji gdańskiej w ostatnim XX-leciu (1945-1965)

Abstract

The article presents a historical and statistical overview of the Diocese of Gdansk in the years 1945-1965, showing the momentum and dynamics of the development of religious and ecclesiastical life in the Diocese. It shows, among others, the ministry of Father Andrzej Wronka, Father Jan Cymanowski and Bishop Edmund Nowicki. It also describes the activities of the diocesan and religious clergy and the bishop's seminary.
