Abstrakt

W artykule opisano zagadnienia kryminalistycznego zapobiegania przestępstwom gospodarczym, ukazano znaczenie nowoczesnych środków technicznych i kryminalistycznych oraz naukowo uzasadnionych i potwierdzonych przez praktykę zaleceń taktycznych i metodologicznych w zakresie przeciwdziałania przestępstwom gospodarczym. Autor opowiada się za szerszym wykorzystaniem możliwości profilaktyki kryminalistycznej w sferze zapobiegania przestępstwom gospodarczym przez kierowanie informacji istotnych pod względem kryminalistycznym do szerszej grupy adresatów.
