The article is devoted to the issue of proceedings by the authorities conducting the criminal proceedings, and above all the police, the so-called. “Difficult” procedural evidence, that is, objects and substances posing a danger to life or health (TDP).
The focus of the author were included in the basic regulations in this regard. Particular attention included the provisions that are directly applicable in cases where the entity responsible for the proper security, transportation, storage, and destruction of such physical evidence is the police. This is because in practice, the body usually responsible. The author made an attempt to formulate appropriate demands of de lege ferenda in relation to the acts demanding in its opinion the amendment.
