Penal regulations in the Polish Hunting Law from 1927 up to-day

Abstract

The subject of this paper is an investigating of the development of penal provisions in the Polish Hunting Law from the Hunting Regulation (with force of act) 1927, through Hunting Decree 1952, the Act on Raising, Protection of Game and Hunting Law 1959 up to the actual Hunting Law Act 1995 and its amendments. This paper takes into account the Polish Penal Codes 1932, 1969 and 1997 too. This paper has not only cognitive value, but through historical interpretation, may contribute to solution some practical problems, which appear on actual legal state.
