Dzieje diecezji warmińskiej w okresie dwudziestolecia (1945-1965)

Abstract

The article presents the activities of the Church in Warmia, Mazury and Powiaśle in the years 1954-1965. Teodor Bensch, the Chapter Vicar Father Wojciech Zink, the Chapter Vicar Father Stefan Biskupski and the Bishop Tomasz Wilczyński. The organisation of the diocese, the cathedral and collegiate chapters and the functioning of the deaneries and parishes were discussed. The question of the reconstruction of destroyed churches is presented. The activities of the diocesan and monastic clergy and of the seminary are described. Methods of pastoral work are presented.
