The reported study is the part of empirical project concerning an influence method of interviewing on an sincere eyewitness relation. The authors carried out an experiment on 94 law students. They were divided in four groups. Each group watched the same film materials (based on Milgram’s experiment). The groups were distinguished in sex, age, a presence of emotional stimulus immediately after and time between watching film and giving relation. The authors measured thoroughness and correctness relations by means of a special prepared tool (questionnaire of memories).
