The aim of the article is to organize and explain the basic phenomena accompanying the sixty-year life of the only Polish Blessed Euphemia Domicylla Piastówna, i.e. Ofka Raciborska, the outstanding prioress of the Dominican nuns in Racibórz, and to establish the distinction between indisputable facts, hypothesis and pious presumptions and repeated information that is not reflected in the quite numerous extant acts regarding about a figure so distant in history and so close to the sentiments of, above all, the inhabitants of the Raciborz region.
